With our all inclusive 1.5% buyer agency fee, the majority of our buyers actually get a credit at closing.
Any buyer agent compensation offered above our fee gets credited to the buyer
at the closing table.
If a seller offers 3% to a buyers agent, our buyer gets 1.5%
as a credit.
2% Seller Fee
Our 2% seller’s agency fee means incredible service, at 25% less of the usual cost.
